Job Description

• Manage and optimize HR systems, including Rippling and the PEO platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with finance, ensuring seamless setup and auditing of employee data.
• Administer the 401(k) process, maintaining accuracy and ensuring timely completion of all steps.
• Create and maintain dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and build presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Support HR platforms, improving their usage and streamlining processes for maximum effectiveness.
• Act as a backup for the receptionist role when needed and assist with general administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to payroll, data management, and HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; ability to manipulate data, create dashboards, and tell a story with numbers.
• Strong organizational and process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in a mid-size company.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a flexible and proactive approach.
• Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
