Position Overview DCG is seeking a Senior Designer to implement the creative direction of a large public awareness campaign. This individual will be responsible for executing high-quality designs that reflect the brand, style, and vision of the overall campaign targeted to a variety of audiences. This will include managing multiple high-profile design projects simultaneously. The Senior Designer will be a key part of a larger team that will include creative and design professionals, strategic communications specialists, and media buyers along with analytics professionals. Location While DCG will consider remote candidates for this role, there is a strong preference for candidates presently located within 50 miles of Washington, DC. Responsibilities

Create product design strategies supported by multiple formats/media including digital, print, and out-of-home. Develop alternate versions of creative and products based on potentially divergent stakeholder requirements and shifting leadership priorities. Develop infographics that highlight key initiatives, achievements, and upcoming events. Ensure adherence to brand and style guidance while focusing on user experience. Collaborate closely with Creative Director to present ideas to and consult with stakeholders regarding strategic and tactical elements of campaigns. Required Qualifications

BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent mix of experience and education. 5+ years of experience in brand identity, illustration, character design, and digital campaign design. Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting federal customers, with a specific preference for federal law enforcement and/or public health organizations. Experience in logo and wordmark creation, print and publication design, infographics, and video and file handling. **This position is currently contingent on contract award**Culture at DCG DCG boasts a flexible and adaptable culture.
