Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Actively prospect, network, and develop new leads through referrals, cold calling, and community engagement to build a strong pipeline of clients.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and customize insurance packages that best suit their individual or business needs.
- Deep Product Expertise: Stay at the forefront of the latest insurance offerings, and be ready to educate and guide clients through a range of products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial coverage.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met, and proactively reviewing and adjusting coverage as their circumstances evolve.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals by driving business growth, fostering client loyalty, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Account Management: Support clients through the entire insurance process, from policy issuance to renewal, while ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience that enhances customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the underwriting, support, and claims teams to ensure client needs are met and policies are accurately processed and managed.
- Maintain Compliance: Follow industry regulations and ethical standards to ensure all interactions, quotes, and contracts are compliant with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements

- Sales Experience: A proven history of success in a sales role is preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
