We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Marketing Analytics in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. In this role, you will be required to utilize data from various sources to analyze and improve our marketing efforts. You will also be responsible for synthesizing large and complex data sets to identify actionable insights that support business growth through new customer acquisition.


Responsibilities:

• Utilize data from a variety of sources, both internal and external, to analyze and improve our marketing performance.

• Synthesize large and complex data sets to identify actionable insights.

• Analyze category, brand, competitive, channel, and customer dynamics to uncover insights and recommend actions to guide business performance.

• Design and create reports and interactive dashboards to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with third-party measurement partners and internal and external teams for platform setup, onboarding, and user management.

• Lead the implementation of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, brand lift studies, conversion lift studies, and cross-title performance marketing analyses.

• Lead testing and optimization efforts with detailed post-impact analysis.

• Track and report on spend effectiveness, KPIs, trends, campaign, and creative performance.

• Organize, clean, manipulate, merge, and label various data sets for analysis.

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external media agency to continuously improve measurement processes and setup.

• Monitor emerging trends across the digital ecosystem and identify emerging opportunities.

• Analyze customer journey data to identify friction points and opportunities for improving the shopping experience.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics role or a related field.
• Expertise in CRM tools is essential for managing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Facebook Insights to effectively analyze and leverage social media data.
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords to manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Mastery of Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and analyzing website performance.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics for understanding and improving social media engagement.
• Strong skills in analytics to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
• Experience in budget processes to effectively manage marketing spend.
• Excellent campaign planning skills to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present insights.
• Competency in competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
