Chief Marketing Officer (Real Money Gaming)Job Description:Position Duties:
Lead the design and execution of service line and solutions marketing strategies and programs aimed at delivering impact across the sales funnel, from pipeline creation to conversion. Develop the positioning framework for a product, platform, or software-based service lines across industries. Collaborate with business line, service and solution, marketing, and sales teams to understand our existing customer base, buyer journeys, value proposition, competitive environment, and service or solution differentiation to target customers and prospects. Leverage market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning in order to develop marketing strategies and programs. Create and launch content-led thought leadership programs to create brand awareness and demand generation. Utilize analytics to enhance customer segmentation and establish metrics to evaluate and track existing and new programs. Contribute and provide insight into initiatives and programs led and executed by other teams (e.g., key account planning and analyst engagement). Develop and implement our GTM strategy for multiple segments, geographies, and industry verticals. Design and develop successful marketing campaigns; own their implementation from ideation to execution. Identify and implement strategies for increasing revenue and transactions through PPC marketing channels. Implement strategies for increasing site traffic through organic and paid search listings. Manage Ad Campaigns on major PPC/Meta and affiliate platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, etc. Responsible for SEM bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Plan and implement strategies to drive traffic and engagement from social channels; plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Plan and execute all other online marketing initiatives including display, email, mobile, remarketing, etc. Design and produce engaging content for social media, paid, and internal media that can attract and convert our target customers. Oversee development of marketing material, collaterals, ads, app content, etc. Experiment with a variety of new channels around community, content, video, influencers, etc. to drive brand awareness. Plan and lead service launches by determining scope, messaging, timing, and priorities for marketing tactics to drive service awareness and adoption. Conceptualize and execute demand generation activities. Support marketing and sales teams with messaging, content, and collateral to differentiate our services offering and convert prospects into customers. Improve the user experience on the company website (including design, content, and usability). Experience in RMG (Real Money Gaming). Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated marketing professional with 5-8 years in B2B software services marketing and brand-building experience. Strong business and technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of software services offerings: Mobility, Digital transformation, AR/VR, and Gaming. Good experience in Online Marketing, Brand Management, SEO, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Strategy, Social Media Marketing. Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business, operations, and technology teams internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and excellent negotiation skills. Ability to engage with senior management.
