Fast-Growing Home Design & E-commerce Brand Seeks Marketing Executive

Company Description: Our client, a rapidly expanding leader in the home design and e-commerce space, has revolutionized how Americans approach interior design and home furnishings. With a multi-channel presence spanning e-commerce, retail, media, and licensing, they've built a powerful brand that resonates with millions. Based in Utah with remote flexibility, they're seeking a visionary marketing leader to drive their next phase of growth.

What You'll Do:

1. Architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
2. Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making
3. Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning digital performance marketing, brand development, and community engagement
4. Drive optimization across all channels through sophisticated A/B testing and analytics
5. Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives
6. Champion marketing technology innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance customer experiences
7. Manage relationships with agency partners and optimize resource allocation

Ideal Candidate Background:

1. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
2. Proven track record leading performance and brand marketing teams
3. Strong experience in e-commerce or retail environments
4. Demonstrated success in digital marketing, including paid search, social, SEO, and email
5. History of building and scaling high-performing marketing teams
6. Experience with data-driven decision making and advanced analytics

Preferred:

1. Experience in the home furnishings or interior design industry
2. Track record of community-led growth initiatives
3. Experience with marketing automation and CDP/DMP platforms
4. Background in both D2C and retail marketing

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Base salary: $250,000
