The Centralized Intelligence team covers several strategic needs for the entire client business which includes Audience Insights, Competitive & Marketplace Intelligence & Media & Comms Strategy.


Responsibilities

The Associate Director will report directly to the VP and be responsible for:


  • Designing actionable strategies across the delivery model to manage audience platforms, drive Groupe technology solutions, and deliver data-driven business outcomes
  • Leading audience-focused learning agendas, use cases, and performance frameworks
  • Orchestrating ways of working and drive the creation and execution of case studies supporting broad audience initiatives and QA across inter-agency teams
  • Collaborating with both internal (i.e., media, analytics, operations, & data science) departments and clients on a regular basis
  • Presenting findings to external media managers and/or other senior staff
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Investment teams to build/activate custom audiences
  • Be an advocate for the Audience Analytics team by evangelizing the platform which can unlock growth opportunities and customer experience enhancements
  • Manage audience overlap, governance, and prioritization using behavioral and commercial audience insights to advise campaign leads
  • Collaborate with Strategy on delivering audience insights addressing media strategy, profiling, messaging, and other insights to meet campaign goals
  • Coordinate audience deployments and workflows across our channel partners and internal marketing, analytics, and planning teams for proper activation


Qualifications


  • Must be able to effectively communicate and illustrate data-led stories, use cases, and findings in slide format for senior leaders (internal & external)
  • Experience managing an omni-channel media strategy team; digital media strategy at a minimum
  • Excellent communication, Microsoft Suite / Google Suite skills
  • Extremely curious about audience strategy, measurement, & evaluation; always searching for value
  • Experience driving a client’s business forward using a data-led audience / comms approach
  • Time management; must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-sufficient when working independently
  • Strong internal and external collaboration skills
