The Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing will be responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s marketing strategy across multiple channels. In addition, they will lead creative storytelling, oversee digital and experiential marketing efforts, and drive impactful campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement. They will collaborate with leadership, creative, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence in the market. REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, within fashion, beauty or consumer lifestyle, or digital-first brands
- NO ENTERTAINMENT Proven success in leading marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and customer acquisition. Experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, influencer, and experiential marketing. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions. Knowledge of media planning, public relations, and community engagement strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
