As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be your ability to build long-lasting, service-focused customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and trends within your market territory.
  • Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support and sharing market insights.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings which may require travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start.

  • Success in building long-term relationships with clients at a senior level.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.

This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities. We welcome all qualified candidates who are currently eligible to work full-time in the United States to apply.
