As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
  2. Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s extensive property data.
  3. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  4. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your specific market territory.
  5. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
  • A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience.
  • Current and valid driver’s license.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
  • Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.
  • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently.

This position offers a base salary of $80,000 and includes a generous commission and benefits plan.
