As a LoopNet Sales Trainer, you will help build out our world-class sales team. This role will be well-versed in our LoopNet Marketplace with a special focus on essential coaching and training on product functionality for the Sales organization. This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of ongoing product learning for Sales Executives and Sales Managers on LoopNet products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching on all LoopNet products, including instructor-led in-person and virtual training, e-learning, and a variety of other instructional techniques.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver onboarding for new LoopNet Sales hires; serve as lead product trainer for multi-week new hire classes.
  3. Act as main point of contact between Product Development, Marketing, and Learning & Development teams; work proactively to create and deliver training for the salesforce on new functionality and features.
  4. Work well within the team and across the organization to define learning solutions that address business priorities.
  5. Participate in the design of curriculum and performance support tools that build the product mastery required to improve performance in sales.
  6. Conduct training assessments measuring the accuracy and effectiveness of programs, resources, and tools.
  7. Keep abreast of LoopNet strategy, industry changes, product enhancements, and training best practices to improve and update learning programs accordingly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Five or more years of successful sales and/or sales training experience in a corporate setting.
  2. Experience using a learning management system (LMS) to deploy content.
  3. Bachelor’s Degree.

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Three or more years of Instructional Design Experience.
  2. Experience in the commercial real estate or multifamily commercial real estate industries.
  3. Proficient with Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and Graphic Design.
