As a sales advisor on the Inside sales team, you will work closely with a talented group of leaders, marketers, and product specialists who have deep knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate and digital marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in growing CoStar LoopNet Digital Advertising revenue by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new customers and growing existing customer revenues. You will ensure a high degree of customer service is applied to every transaction and build deep and lasting relationships with your client base. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle. We provide extensive training to ensure you are equipped with the product and industry knowledge you need to be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue.
  • Business Development – Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business.
  • Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
  • Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate.
  • Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Conduct online meetings to build strong client relationships and prospect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • One or more years of sales experience, preferably in web, publications, or commercial real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Relentlessly optimistic and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Excellent at demonstrating value through communication.
