THE JOB

The Global Media Partnerships team is an innovative business development group inside the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, focused on building creative, tech-driven, industry-shaking programs with premium media partners. Together, we harness the power of live music, the impact of culture-defining artists, and the influence of new technology to deliver exciting fan experiences on a global scale.

The Content Manager position will play a crucial role in bringing amazing content to life on media platforms across the world. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on operations and strategy for content series led by Live Nation’s Global Media Partnerships team.

The selected candidate will have social media experience, the skill set to project manage operational details, and effective communication to coordinate details with the creative and media buying members of the team. This position requires the ability to understand and work with a wide variety of stakeholders, including artists, festivals, advertisers, venues, and media platforms, to ultimately deliver fun content that drives viewership and engagement.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Manage digital content initiatives across major social platforms, coordinating internal and external participation to deliver against creative projects and brand partnerships.
  • Communicate with stakeholders for these creative projects, including festivals, artist tours, advertisers, and media partners.
  • Establish media goals and accompanying KPI for each project and then oversee operations to meet those benchmarks.
  • Coordinate operational details with festivals, artist teams, and venues, including on-site access and credentials, on-air talent schedules, artist participation, and involvement details from creators.
  • Maintain an itemized budget for each assigned project.
  • Review content performance in real-time to adjust media support, as necessary.
  • Create reports that track content performance to influence a moving-forward strategy.
  • Lead community management to drive engagement and followers, when applicable.
  • Monitor social media trends to influence content themes, performance, and relevancy.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 4+ years direct experience in media, with social media and media agency experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, platform capabilities, and emerging tech.
  • Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components a plus.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams and with recognizable global brands.
  • Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making.
  • Track record of working with advertisers and sponsors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Solid presentation skills for both internal and external meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and Apple Keynote.
  • Ability to travel.
