About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative Strategy team within the Marketing organization. In this role, you will collaborate on a variety of initiatives to create engaging and compelling visual assets and campaigns across products and channels that align with our brand vision.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with internal and external agency designers and copywriters, marketing and product teams to create visually compelling designs across brand, email, web, and print Partner cross-functionally with Web, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance our website and components Create multi-media campaign designs from concept to completion Design emails within our template library, while also developing new templates as needed to support evolving marketing initiatives Expand our brand icon and illustration library by creating original content Reinforce and strengthen the brand identity, ensuring visual messaging across all channels are cohesive About You

3+ years of experience in Marketing graphic design, brand design, or visual design Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or other related field; or equivalent work experience Excellent proficiency using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Passionate about design with a desire to learn and grow Experience and desire to work in digital, web, and print Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and within tight deadlines Positive, collaborative attitude with ability to think strategically and pivot as needed to support business priorities. Passionate about solving customer problems through unique design solutions Ability to strongly communicate your design decisions and be receptive to feedback Illustration skills Animation skills a plus Ability to distinguish good layout, typography, hierarchy, balance, and color theory You have an online portfolio with relevant work samples

Work Location San Francisco

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Time Zone Requirements Primarily PT

Travel Requirements If you need to travel for work, LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses.

Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 109,000-128,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity ,

and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.
