Job Description:

The Director of Marketing and Physician Liaisons formulates and executes patient growth and marketing strategies, overseeing all promotional, communication, and advertising endeavors within the practice. This role will lead a team that encompasses a marketing manager and physician liaisons. The director assumes a crucial role in guiding physician liaisons to establish relationships with referring physicians and contributing to achieving patient growth objectives. Additionally, they supervise and provide direction in activities pertaining to growth planning, market analysis, targeting, and territory development.

Responsibilities:

Manages and advances the marketing and physician liaison programs. Leads and develops the physician liaisons and marketing manager. Oversees physician liaisons in their role including, but not limited to, call planning, analysis, targeting, reporting, and development of their territories. Responsible for routinely evaluating the liaison activity through participating in office visits, peer to peers, events, and other liaison initiatives. Utilize Salesforce and OneAnalytics to evaluate the market trends to monitor new patient volumes, to develop sales plans and track practice growth. Ensures that liaisons are held accountable for meeting weekly visit metrics and logging activity in Salesforce within a timely manner. Leverages organizational knowledge to efficiently navigate formal and informal channels for effective results. Cultivates and oversees internal and external relationships to streamline work processes and accomplish business objectives. Creates, implements, and directs marketing strategies and attains both annual and long-term growth objectives. Maintains a brand identity for all mediums. Fulfills media requests, which involves creating public relations content, managing interview requests and responses, and acting as the spokesperson for the practice. Writes Requests for Proposals, sources for vendors, and negotiates contracts within budgets to achieve business results. Establishes connections with the OneOncology practice marketing department to enhance collaboration and maximize corporate resources. Maintains a robust dotted-line relationship with OneOncology Liaison leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Executes administrative duties, including managing travel expenses within guidelines and budget, timely completion of expense reports, and use of tools such as OneAnalytics and Salesforce. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA Preferred 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare 3-5 years of management experience preferred
