Senior Manager, Performance Marketing
who will lead our performance marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through paid search, affiliate, and programmatic channels. This role is a key integrator between our commercial business and digital teams, ensuring we deliver best-in-class commerce experiences to our consumers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Seasonal Planning:
Define and support the seasonal
Performance Marketing
agenda, working with agencies and platform teams to drive revenue growth. Manage Digital Channels:
Own
affiliate, paid search, and programmatic
marketing while coordinating with the paid social team. Drive Business Excellence:
Align marketing budgets with business objectives, collaborating with
Finance, Business Planning, and Digital Marketing teams . Optimize Creative & Campaigns:
Support creative briefs, leverage best practices, and foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance consumer experience. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Own the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting cadence, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders. Qualifications Required: 8-10 years
of Performance Marketing experience in
SEM, Social, Affiliate, and Programmatic . Proven track record in
DTC or digital media agencies
driving revenue growth. Experience managing
$20M+ budgets and teams of 3+ . Strong analytical skills – ability to
track, measure, and optimize KPIs . Familiarity with
Google, Microsoft, DV360, Programmatic , and
Bing advertising . Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with
Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Mixed Media Modeling, Jira, Asana . Strong
Excel, Keynote, and presentation skills . Graphic Design skills
– ability to create visually compelling presentations.
