WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of channel experts focused on driving business excellence. You will bring operational excellence, acting as an integrator between the commercial business and the digital teams. This is a critical position that will be a key driver in continued evolution as a sophisticated, consumer-focused, high-growth brand, bringing best-in-class commerce experiences to life for the consumer.
Seasonal Planning: Define and support the seasonal Performance Marketing agenda for the Geo, accelerating Converse's revenue and growth against forecasts, and leading roadmaps of key story/commercial moment beats across the season with agency and platform teams Lead and Collaborate with an internal team and agencies to create and capture always-on demand, manage a 13-week seasonal plan, and continuously integrate with the Digital Marketing and .COM teams. Channel Management: Own affiliate, paid search and programmatic and coordinate with Paid Social Team to integrate plans Supports and maintains digital marketing budget alignment with overall business objectives and work closely with Finance, IDM and Business Planning to stay on track Support creative briefs to ensure we are leveraging best practices, native features, and result in best-in-class creative work. Foster cross functional partnership to optimize business results, integrated marketing plans, and create the best experience for our consumers. own the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting cadence, and maintain alignment with all stakeholders throughout the season WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Serve as an integral teammate of the NA Digital Marketing team, the Direct team, and overall Brand Marketing org to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense. Support and work closely with the IDM and Performance Marketing Directors on the Performance agenda, maintaining/delivering optimal budget management and allocation. To drive the marketing offense, you will work cross-functionally with key partners across Digital Marketing, Direct, Planning, Buying, Merch, Analytics, Data Science, Content Planning, and Brand Creative. This role will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the enterprise.
WHAT YOU BRING
8-10 years of Performance Marketing experience across multiple channel (SEM, Social, Affiliate,Programmatic, etc.). Proven track record of driving results and innovation at a DTC company and/or digital media agency. Ability to identify the metrics to drive success, measure KPIs, socialize understanding and drive initiatives to completion. Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and planning skills; demonstrated success in influencing & communicating ideas to various stakeholders. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs. Collaborative, energetic and hands-on team player. Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Must Have:
6+ years of exp in Sr Management of marketing channels Direct experience with managing affiliate, paid search, and Programmatic Familiarity with performance marketing - google, Microsoft, DV360, programmatic, and Bing advertising Managing budgets of 20mill+ and teams of 3+
Nice to Have:
Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Mixed media modeling, Jira, and Asana Reporting measurement forecasting Excel, familiar with keynote, presentation skills BIG PLUS - Graphic Design experience, can make pretty presentations
Team: Internally - larger integrated digital marketing team, Ecomm, Merch, business planning, finance, and creative team
Externally - managing agency teams, paid search and affiliate agencies, regular touch bases with direct vendor contacts - affiliate and google reps
