The DMS should have a strong affinity for numbers and executing large, complex campaigns to drive successful outcomes. Effective handling of complex projects and meticulous attention to detail are essential skills for excelling in this role. The DMS will manage daily activities including SEO content, email marketing, website, and local listing management, supporting the marketing department. A successful DMS will be data-driven, highly experienced with Excel, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. The DMS will report to the Associate Director of Digital Performance, with a dotted line to the Senior Paid Media Manager. Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field2+ years experience in developing, launching, and managing brand and performance-driven paid digital campaigns2+ years of Google Analytics experience for advanced analysis and dashboard. 2+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing B2B and B2C Google Ads search, display, and smart campaigns. 2+ years of paid social experience in Meta Business Manager implementing and coordinating ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, as well as other social media channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Advertising.Knowledge of SEMrush, WordPress, October CMS, Jira, Wrike, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, LSA, HomeAdvisor, Angi's List, Yelp, and/or NextDoor a plus.Microsoft Office skills with particularly advanced knowledge of Excel required.Agency experience is a plus.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsGoogle Analytics certification a plusGoogle Ads Search certification a plusGoogle Ads Display certification a plusMeta/Facebook certification a plusEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer welcoming candidates from all backgrounds and industries to apply.
