Title: Music Director
Compensation: up to $2500
Reports To: Director, Collaborates with entire musical team

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with artistic staff to create a music plan to support the overall vision of the production.
2. Collaborate with the Director, Producer and Stage Manager to create rehearsal schedule.
3. Facilitate music rehearsals, teach all the music of the show, and coach the performers during the show.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience in a relevant area of musical theater production.
2. Current NLPS employee.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
