LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Office Assistant for a 2 month contract position that could extend in Anchorage, AK. This is for an assurance, tax, and financial advisory company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests.
Answering phones.
Office maintenance.
Stocking kitchen and supplies.
Catering orders.
Some expense report support.
Potentially some travel support.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, required.
One (1) year of experience in office services / facilities or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Employment Type:
2 month contract that could extend
