JOB STATEMENT:

The Director of Brand Marketing will be a visionary leader responsible for shaping and driving the strategic direction of Bronco Wine Company's brand portfolio. This role combines creativity, analytics, and leadership to elevate brand equity, expand market share, and strengthen our connection with consumers across diverse segments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Director of Brand Marketing will develop and execute innovative strategies that ensure Bronco's brands remain competitive, relevant, and beloved by customers globally.

Essential Duties:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with Bronco Wine Company's overall business objectives. Define and communicate brand positioning, vision, and value propositions for the portfolio. Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to drive innovation and growth, with a specific focus on wine, alcoholic beverages, and alternative beverages.

Wine and Beverage Industry Expertise:

Stay informed on wine category trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the broader alcoholic and alternative beverage space. Monitor and adapt strategies to align with the evolving regulatory landscape for alcoholic beverages, including advertising compliance and labeling standards.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with distributors, wholesalers, and internal sales teams. Create and manage trade marketing programs to support distribution partners in achieving sales objectives. Ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints, from trade shows to retail and in-person and digital activations.

Digital and Omnichannel Strategies:

Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across all channels including in-store, tastings and demos, e-commerce, social media, retail.com and direct-to-consumer platforms. Drive omnichannel strategies that create seamless brand experiences for consumers, from online engagement to in-store purchase. Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital performance and enhance ROI.

Budget and P&L Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on results and creativity.

Consumer Insights and Analytics:

Leverage data-driven insights to guide brand strategy and decision-making. Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and initiatives. Build strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Compliance and Regulation:

Must have a thorough understanding of compliance regulations specific to the alcoholic beverage industry, ensuring all marketing and labeling activities meet legal and regulatory standards. Serve as the marketing liaison for regulatory reviews and approvals.

Brand Portfolio Management:

Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of new and existing brands. Ensure consistent and impactful storytelling across all touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, digital platforms, and retail activations. Manage budget allocation and prioritize resources to maximize ROI.

Brand Advocacy:

Serve as a passionate advocate for Bronco Wine Company's brands internally and externally. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen. Knowledge of alcoholic beverage marketing laws and regulations. Experience with digital marketing and omnichannel strategies. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities. Passion for wine, food, and lifestyle trends is a plus. Ability to travel 1-3 days per month Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment Strategic planning and thinking Creativity and innovation. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing and growing consumer brands, with specific experience in wine, spirits, or beverages preferred. EQUIPMENT:

Impeccable written, verbal, and large-group presentation skills Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and to take initiative Strong Microsoft Office skills High energy with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback and coaching; voice concerns in a constructive manner Strong customer service/conflict resolution Knowledge of distributor E-Commerce platforms (ie: Thirstie) Experienced supervising and directing subordinate employees Professionally deal with customers and sales personnel/resolutions of customer and sales personnel difficulties PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit for an extensive period of time Lift occasionally (office materials, boxes) Perform tasks using standard computer Sit equipment

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when in production facility
