Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications and Collaboration Contractor with extensive technical expertise in modern digital workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of collaborative platforms, communication tools, and emerging technological solutions that drive organizational productivity and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and implementation for enterprise-level communication platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex Manage and optimize videoconferencing and telepresence solutions, with expertise in integration tools like TMS and Pexip Support live events and webinar planning, including technical logistics and content delivery across platforms such as Teams Townhall and Zoom Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Whiteboard, etc), ensuring seamless user experience and integration Deploy and configure digital signage platforms like Appspace Explore and implement generative Al solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Azure Al Develop automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Power Automate Support mixed, augmented, and virtual reality solutions, including content creation for Microsoft Helelens, Guides, and Remote Assist platforms Required Skills and Qualifications:
