The number one video game in the world is looking for a content and training lead to develop agent and player support facing documentation and training foundations. We are in the midst of redeveloping player support for our game from the ground up and we want your help to make sure that weve documented everything in a fun, uncomplicated way to make life easier for players and agents alike.

Are you passionate about the player experience? Do you love taking complex concepts and simplifying them at the player and player support level? Do you like to have fun with words? Do you have some UI experience, so you know what a world-class support site looks like? If so, have I got the job for you!

In this role, you will write content and training foundations that will help our players help themselves. When the player absolutely cannot help themselves, youll take it a step further with your content so that our Player Support team can assist the player. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding exactly the right words to convey an idea, who loves to teach others through written words, and who wants to inspire and empower millions of players.

Responsibilities Research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials. Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language. Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows. Create training materials for new launches and updates for Support Agents. Review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community. Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players. Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements. Align with business goals and team priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience writing and publishing game-related content or training. Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately. Passion for gaming and a sincere interest in the latest technology trends. Portfolio of writing samples. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Desire to build a world-class player experience from the ground up.
