Overview This role is responsible for developing multi-channel communications to support product launches and key initiatives within the hospital-focused business. Responsibilities include managing the creation of impactful marketing materials (digital, print, tradeshows, webinars, videos, case studies, etc.), ensuring brand alignment, and providing input on marketing guidelines. The position involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize communication strategies and outcomes. This role has a global reach, except where local teams manage in-country operations. The ideal candidate will be in the office 1-2 days a week, remote otherwise.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with global marketing, sales training, regional marketing, and organizational leaders to develop and implement market engagement strategies, including branding, awareness, lead generation, SEO, positioning, and media utilization in coordination with corporate communications. Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all marketing materials align with corporate brand guidelines and standards for branding, positioning, and trademark compliance. Lead the development of brand messaging and matrices to guide collateral creation and ensure consistency. Manage projects related to the creation of marketing materials, including budgeting and production timelines. Support national sales meetings in collaboration with sales training and event teams, including developing key communications and ensuring seamless execution of events. Work with digital marketing teams to optimize online tools and platforms such as websites, Digital Asset Management systems, HubSpot, Showpad, and more. Identify and manage vendor and internal resource partnerships to achieve communication objectives. Develop and refine marketing processes by researching and recommending new technologies and approaches. Define KPIs for marketing programs, track their performance, and suggest improvements. Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required). Master's degree in Management or an MBA (preferred). PMP certification (preferred). Experience

3+ years of progressive experience in engagement marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, branding, or events planning. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or the software industry (preferred). Combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered. Skills and Competencies

Strong written communication skills, including copy editing and proofreading with attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision. Strategic experience with multimedia communications, collateral development, event planning, public relations, and content creation for digital platforms. Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Showpad, SFDC, Print on Demand, and BrandFolder. Understanding of graphic design software and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Creative aptitude with experience working effectively with graphic design teams.
