Work closely with the Global Product Marketing Executives to develop programs from concept to final program delivery for new treatment (skincare) products.
Guide all forums for program development ensure that programs meet strategic and financial objectives | Monitors project timelines and deliverables, acting as point person for cross-functional teams | Acts a liaison regularly and clearly communicates project details and objectives to all support groups and regional marketing teams | Support strategic vision of the brand by gathering and analyzing internal and external data, Clinique product portfolio, and marketplace dynamics, uncovering patterns and trends to develop product recommendations | Stay abreast of competitive products and digital/social marketing trends | Actively analyzes global category data as key point person on category performance including shipments, sell-thru, cost of goods, SKU count, pricing, and product/sample forecasts | Make recommendations for product discontinuations, cost-saving initiatives, and value opportunities in partnership with Director | Assist in preparation of Marketing presentations and plans i.e., Global Marketing Meetings and Retailer Presentations | Leads by example to create an environment that is encouraging, respectful, and builds team cooperation | Ability to multi-task and execute several projects in a timely and efficient manner | Manages detailed support documents to deliver products and programs on time and on budget.
Qualifications
2+ years related experience (preference in marketing, traditional CPG) | Knowledge of and passion for beauty and consumer trends | Thrives in a fast-paced and confidential work environment | Ability to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and easily adapt to change | Highly detail-oriented with accurate work output | Forward-looking, strategic, and critical thinker with an ability to take initiative, anticipate next steps, and offer recommendations | Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members inside and outside of function/department | Passionate about Beauty and understands Clinique’s unique philosophy and point of difference in the market | Possesses excellent Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel) and can quickly learn internal programs.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $64,350 to $93,250. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
