We are in the process of hiring a User Experience (UX) Designer in LORAIN, Ohio. The selected candidate will be joining our team to enhance our digital user experiences, assist with wireframing key designs, and create high-performing email campaigns. This role also involves a strong focus on customer engagement analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Develop user-centered wireframes and prototypes for web and app interfaces to enhance the user journey.
• Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates to boost customer engagement and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights that can be used to refine future designs and improve overall user interactions.
• Evaluate existing user experiences and propose design adjustments to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across various digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment on design objectives and deliverables.
• Track project progress, document feedback, and meet deadlines using tools such as Jira, Basecamp, and Teamwork.
• Utilize advanced design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver detail-oriented assets that align with project goals.
This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD
• Experience in Android Development is required
• Knowledge and practical application of AB Testing is mandatory
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is a must
• Ability to contribute to brand awareness strategies
• Extensive experience with CSS
• Background in digital design is essential
