Role Overview:

1. Assist CCMS Principal in leading academic excellence and growth for Calvary Chapel Middle School, grades 6-8.
2. Uphold Christ-centered mission in all aspects.
3. Mentor and develop staff for success.
4. Oversee curriculum and educational planning.
5. Engage with students, parents, and community.
6. Serve as administrative partner with the Principal in day-to-day management of CCMS.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree required; Teaching Credential and/or Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Management experience in Christian Education and/or Christian Administration.
3. Experience in classroom management and teaching, three years minimum preferred.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. A strong, committed Christian who lives out faith according to a Biblical Christian worldview.
