Library Technician

The Library Technician position is open at the Main Branch in Frisco. Must be available to work some nights and weekends. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Library Technician will:

1. Operate the circulation desk
2. Plan and facilitate library programs for a variety of age groups
3. Plan and facilitate community outreach
4. Provide customer service and readers’ advisory
5. Train substitutes and volunteers
6. Work with staff teams to develop a sustainable approach to library programs and services
