What is the opportunity?:

As a Sr. UX Researcher you will be responsible for uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring that design and product decisions are informed by real customer insights.

  1. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and drive business goals.
  2. Use Pendo and other analytics platforms to identify user behavior patterns across different product areas.
  3. Assist in educating and growing the research function within the organization.
  4. Help establish processes for tracking metrics over time, providing a framework for assessing the success of design updates and product enhancements.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  1. 5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative user research, data analysis, or a similar field, ideally in a digital product or SaaS environment.
  2. Proven track record of using analytics tools to drive product decisions. Pendo preferred, but Mixpanel or Google Analytics are also acceptable.
  3. Strong proficiency in quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  4. Familiarity with metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion, with experience in establishing and tracking KPIs.
  5. Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform design.
  6. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying user behavior trends.
  7. Strong communicator with an ability to educate non-research teams on data insights and tools.
  8. Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This role will report to Ashley Rivera who manages UX research, Content Design, and Design Operations within the Omnissa Design organization. Ashley values autonomy and collaboration.
