CRM Marketing Manager

A leading digital streaming network is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to oversee and execute data-driven customer relationship management strategies aimed at enhancing engagement, retention, and revenue across multiple streaming brands. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end campaigns through various channels like email, push, text, and paid media, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce and Braze. They will lead regional stakeholders, analyze customer insights, optimize campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Braze, and a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL. They will be highly collaborative, adaptable to change, and capable of executing in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and optimization.

CRM Marketing Manager Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategies to enhance subscriber engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value including the production, scheduling, and deployment of all email, push, IAM, text, paid retention/engagement campaigns and programs * Manages all phases of email and push marketing including development, planning, scheduling, list segmentation (SQL), design/layout, testing, delivery, and conversion reporting * Lead regional stakeholders to ensure a successful launch for all title marketing campaigns through all digital channels to existing subscribers * Leverage customer behavioral insights to plan personalized and dynamic campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, journey orchestration, and A/B testing to optimize performance * Analyze campaign metrics and customer data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and uncover customer insights for continuous improvement. Present campaign performance and key findings to stakeholders * Manages the technical execution of our digital communications for the team. This includes working with the Senior Coordinators to ensure they are following best practices with HTML/CSS and any other email best practices. * Work closely with Retention and Lifecycle, Product, Data, and Merchandising teams on campaign strategy and execution. This includes guiding teams in creating as many efficiencies in the process as possible. Collaborates with stakeholders to define and recommend target audience profiles by analyzing the data within the customer database * Assist with the creation and uploading of graphics in Adobe Photoshop * Collaborates with stakeholders and the Creative team on creative email template development. * Perform quality assurance checks for all CRM launches * Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM platforms, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.

CRM Marketing Manager Qualifications: * 5-7+ years of relevant work experience in email and CRM marketing (a focus on streaming subscription services is a plus). * Experience with implementing triggered campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys * Experience with CRM platforms and best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio and Journey Builder) and Braze * Excellent Skills in HTML, and CSS to fully customize email and mobile Marketing. Experience with SQL, Liquid, and AMPScript is a plus * Excellent understanding of CRM metrics and how they impact the performance of the overall business * The ability to assist in design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership * Excellent multitasking abilities while meeting various deadlines * Capacity to coordinate with International, and other internal teams * Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery * Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, another language is a plus. * Knowledge of TV Content. * Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it. * Experience working in the streaming industry including a knowledge of current trends * Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. * Knowledgeable of email compliance and privacy legislation, both domestic and international (specifically: CAN-SPAM; GDPR; CASL; CCPA) * Experience with data extension management and integration is a plus * Experience working in the streaming D2C industry is a plus * Experience with tools such as Movable Ink, and RedFast is a plus.
