Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance subscriber engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value through email, push, IAM, text, and paid retention/engagement campaigns.
Manage all phases of email and push marketing, including development, planning, scheduling, list segmentation (SQL), design/layout, testing, delivery, and conversion reporting.
Lead regional stakeholders to ensure successful title marketing campaign launches across all digital channels for existing subscribers.
Leverage customer behavioral insights to create personalized and dynamic campaigns, focusing on segmentation, journey orchestration, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
Analyze campaign metrics and customer data to measure effectiveness, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement; present key findings to stakeholders.
Oversee the technical execution of digital communications, ensuring best practices in HTML/CSS and email marketing are followed.
Collaborate with Retention and Lifecycle, Product, Data, and Merchandising teams on campaign strategy and execution while improving efficiencies in the process.
Define and recommend target audience profiles based on customer database analysis.
Assist with graphics creation and uploading using Adobe Photoshop.
Partner with stakeholders and the Creative team to develop email templates.
Perform quality assurance checks on all CRM launches.
Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM platforms, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in email and CRM marketing (experience in streaming subscription services is a plus). Experience implementing triggered campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys. Expertise in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio and Journey Builder) and Braze. Strong skills in HTML and CSS for customizing email and mobile marketing (experience with SQL, Liquid, and AMPScript is a plus). Strong understanding of CRM metrics and their impact on overall business performance. Design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present high-quality documents to leadership. Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to coordinate with international and internal teams. Adaptability to changing schedules and project requirements. Proficiency in English (fluency in another language is a plus).
