EPIC, Instructional Design, TrainingJob Description***Only qualified Instructional Designer candidates located near the commutable San Jose, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***Required Certifications:Epic curriculum certification or accreditation in one of the following: Cogito Training Environment BuildRequired Skills & Abilities: Ability to quickly modify Epic training to fit new workflows Train in person classes (up to 9 hours per day) Provide at-the-elbow support in person (up to 12 hours a day) Must have two or more years of experience designing, developing, and delivering Epic training for CogitoInstructional Designer resource will provide Epic training support for the integration of Regional Medical Center (RMC), a facility that in the process of being acquired by the Client. Prior to go-live, the resource will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions to end users.
