About the Job
CINQCARE is seeking an innovative Director of B2B Marketing to lead provider and payor engagement strategies. This role will focus on expanding and strengthening CINQCARE's provider network and fostering strategic relationships with health plans and independent practices. The ideal candidate will design and execute targeted campaigns to support provider recruitment, retention, and satisfaction, ensuring alignment with CINQCARE's mission to deliver community-based, culturally competent care. This individual will be a strategic thinker with expertise in B2B marketing, relationship management, and value-based healthcare models.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing strategies to recruit and retain providers and engage payors, ensuring alignment with CINQCARE's growth and organizational objectives. * Create targeted messaging and campaigns that highlight CINQCARE's value proposition, focusing on its high-needs, community-based care model. * Collaborate with ACO REACH and IPA network teams to support provider network growth through strategic initiatives, including webinars, thought leadership, and community outreach. * Conduct market research to analyze trends, stakeholder needs, and competitive dynamics, using insights to refine marketing strategies and messaging. * Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, tools, and collateral, to support provider recruitment and payor engagement efforts. * Strengthen CINQCARE's reputation as a trusted healthcare partner through relationship-building initiatives and targeted communication strategies. * Monitor and measure the performance of provider and payor engagement campaigns, optimizing strategies to achieve recruitment, retention, and satisfaction targets. * Manage marketing resources, including budgets and external vendors, to ensure efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives
Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred) * 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. * Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive provider recruitment, retention, and payor engagement. * Strong experience in relationship management, particularly with provider networks, health plans, and stakeholders in value-based care models such as Medicare. * Demonstrated success in using data and insights to optimize marketing performance and improve engagement.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
This position requires both in-home and office-based work. The job requires frequent travel for home visits and travel to physician offices, hospitals, sub-acute facilities, community partners and non-home-based market offices in all types of weather conditions. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an ability to travel frequently by car and/or public transportation, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
