The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for two potential best-in-class therapies, ensuring their launch readiness by 2026. This role involves building and leading a comprehensive portfolio marketing plan, collaborating cross-functionally, and overseeing all marketing activities to comply with company guidelines and industry regulations. The VP of Marketing will also be a key member of the U.S. Commercial leadership team, driving the strategic direction and achievement of company-wide goals. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 15 years of biopharma experience, with a focus on oncology product launches. A strong scientific and clinical orientation, exceptional communication and influence skills, and proficiency in multichannel marketing directed toward healthcare professionals and patients are essential.
