Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Research to support an experience design team focused on service design and customer journeys. Candidates will be in a hybrid setting to collaborate with product, technology and design partners. This role will be engrained in a design team to support end to end UX research initiatives and help determine customer intent within product design portfolios. The goal of this role is to help prove validation for new design processes when it comes to focus on customer actions and insights. On a day to day basis candidates will be conducting in depth interviews to build empathy and stories of who customers are along with personas to support what the design team is designing for, doing diary studies and card sorting to understand mental models of what customers consider. Candidates will also be researching customer studies to determine what are people doing, how are they behaving, what they need as customers, what is the end goal of the customer, all to be able to help the design team streamline better customer experiences. Candidates should have experience supporting digital facing portfolios and supporting complex B2C environments. This role requires someone who has been in a UX research role, not a combination of design/research.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a UX Researcher doing end to end research
B2C customer focused research for web and mobile applications or internal tools
End to end user research experience working independently to pick research methodology, write the research briefs and reports and deliver insights/data for next steps with stakeholders
Knowledge of research interview tools
A background with user navigation, design architecture, service blueprint tools - mapping and visualization of information
Dscout, user testing, user zoom experience
Collaboration with product partners, design teams and development teams to build decks and present research findings Service Design
