Our client is seeking an experienced Design Director to lead a creative team and shape the overall design vision for innovative products. This role involves collaborating across departments to ensure brand consistency, develop user-centered designs, and drive product strategies from concept to prototype.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute design vision aligned with product goals.
• Lead and mentor the design team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Manage design resources and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience, including 5+ years leading a team.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of design principles, UI/UX, and brand development.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree
• Project management expertise and experience in fast-paced industries.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, medical, or consumer products.
• Experience leading global teams.
