Positions can vary from remote, to hybrid, to 100% onsite depending on what the client requires.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to support business growth and increase brand visibility on all social media platforms and traditional platforms.

* Develop, manage, and optimize social media paid ads with proven results.

* Develop, edit, and publish high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and reels) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

* Actively manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments, and direct messages. Experience with setting up automated chatbots and responses.

* Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on building brand awareness, and engagement

* Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates, ensuring that our strategy remains innovative and engaging.

* Create and Maintain Social Media Calendars.

* Collaborate with other teams in sales and marketing to ensure brand consistency.

* Support product launches and promotional campaigns through social media, traditional marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in developing Social Media posts or similar role.

* Knowledgeable in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

* Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics) is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of video editing software

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Bachelors Degree Required
