The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives to maximize bookings, foot traffic, and overall revenue. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and creative marketing execution to attract corporate clients, event organizers, and general guests.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings, group sales, and VIP experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and hospitality partners.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, including sponsorships, memberships, and partnership programs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, lead generation, and conversion tactics.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, paid advertising, and social media engagement to drive venue traffic.
  • Collaborate with influencers, media, and community organizations to increase brand exposure.
  • Develop engaging content and promotional materials to highlight key experiences and offerings.
Event Promotion & Community Engagement
  • Work closely with the operations team to promote special events, live entertainment, and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases, media coverage, and venue partnerships.
  • Plan and execute local outreach initiatives to strengthen community engagement and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or event venues.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies to increase event bookings and venue traffic.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and activations.
