The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote the brand, drive customer acquisition, and achieve company growth goals. This position requires a creative and analytical individual with strong leadership skills who can collaborate across departments and lead marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to various marketing channels.
- Plan, create, and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, print, events, SEO/SEM).
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia for marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data from campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer support, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Develop customer engagement strategies to drive brand loyalty and retention.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management detailing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to track marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experiences across various touchpoints.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Light travel may be needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience required.
- At least five years’ related experience required.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
