Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director or Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in vendor management, marketing analytics, and a proven track record within service-based franchise businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention across multiple channels, including digital, direct mail, and social media.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in collaboration with Business Development and Customer Engagement teams.
  • Vendor Management: Foster and manage relationships with key marketing service providers to optimize service offerings and campaign performance.
  • Marketing Analytics: Measure and track marketing ROI, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with company values.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience in both B2B and B2C environments, with a focus on service-based franchise businesses.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management and marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
