Job Title: Content Strategist

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (On-site)

Experience: 2-5 years

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub.

Experience

• Content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience.
• 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).

• Functional section – this is a take-home assignment
