Job Title: Content Strategist
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (On-site)
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub.
Experience Content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience.
1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).
Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain” Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
Functional section – this is a take-home assignment
Step 2 : Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
