Job Title: Content Strategist Location: Sunnyvale, CA (On-site) Experience: 2-5 years Responsibilities Lead client engagements to discover, consult, and guide knowledge transformation projects using eGain’s novel Knowledge Method and our top-rated AI Knowledge Hub. Experience Content strategy, content management, or knowledge management experience. 1-2 years of leading enterprise client engagements (most eGain clients are large companies).
