The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and drive growth at each NUC Institution - Florida Technical College (FTC), DAVE School, NUC English, NUC Nursing School and Hilsboro Aero Academy.
Reporting to the Marketing Director and working directly with senior leadership and technical staff, this role will support various business and marketing support needs for the company. This dynamic position offers a significant variety of supporting marketing functions both in short and long-range assignments in a collaborative effort. The work is challenging, broad in scope and variable from project to project. The position involves effective communication, decision-making, and time management. The candidate performs other duties as required or assigned.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, focusing on strategy development and team leadership.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director in the planning and execution of large-scale digital marketing campaigns by managing and optimizing timelines, establishing and maintaining budgets, and aligning priorities with third-party agencies.
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing operations - paid digital marketing, content marketing, social media and direct marketing (email/text).
- Track and analyze the performance and effectiveness of all digital campaigns and marketing strategies in key market segments to make data-driven decisions that improve the impact of future marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track marketing performance and ROI, and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to effectively project manage the production and publication of digital content for use on social media, websites, emails, and printed collateral for mass distribution.
- Use data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
- Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Lead and motivate digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative, content, and digital teams, to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
- Resource management: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
