Neighborly Home Services Huntsville | Full-Time/In Office

Neighborly Home Services is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team! This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, social media, and public relations. As a key player in our marketing department, you'll help implement and track campaigns, manage online lead profiles, create marketing assets, and provide executive administrative support across multiple home services brands and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and report marketing expenses, ensuring proper budget allocation
  • Organize and distribute marketing assets (design files, videos, social media graphics, etc.)
  • Attend vendor/partner meetings, take notes, and brief the marketing team
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions and support content planning
  • Compile Google review data and oversee marketing incentives
  • Research new marketing tools and opportunities
  • Manage and update lead aggregators for optimal performance
  • Maintain and distribute marketing materials such as door hangers, yard signs, and swag
  • Provide administrative support for marketing-related tasks and meetings
  • Assist in monthly marketing expense reporting and budget tracking
  • Enter marketing spend into Service Titan (our CRM) and analyze campaign performance
  • Generate and analyze reports for social media engagement and lead aggregator trends
  • Maintain a marketing calendar for promotions and content scheduling
  • Attend corporate and vendor meetings, document notes, and update plans accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with required business verifications and platform updates
  • Assist with social media management, website updates, and Google Business Profiles
  • Provide photography, videography, and basic graphic design support for campaigns
  • Track and analyze marketing data for different programs
  • Support company events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
  • Use platforms like Service Titan, Rilla, Google Reviews, and XOI to generate content ideas
  • Help clean up and manage marketing-related customer data
What We're Looking For

Education: Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills

Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong time management skills

Creativity: Ability to contribute ideas for branding, design, and content creation
