Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Coordination
  • Develop and manage content for SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Organize marketing assets, including design files, photos, and videos.
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar for social media and marketing campaigns.
Marketing Campaign Support
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to support company trainers and sales teams.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials (door hangers, yard signs, giveaways, etc.).
  • Track marketing spend and report on campaign performance in Service Titan.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Compile weekly KPI reports on lead generation, customer engagement, and acquisition.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations with marketing updates for leadership.
  • Maintain marketing spend tracking and analyze ROI for campaigns.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
  • Attend vendor and partner meetings to track deadlines and action items.
  • Vet new marketing opportunities and provide recommendations for participation.
  • Manage platform verifications (Google LSA, lead aggregators, etc.).
Additional Duties as Needed
  • Assist with website content and Google Business Profiles.
  • Provide photography, videography, and basic graphic design editing.
  • Support company events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, public relations, or design.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and marketing software.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with marketing CRMs (e.g., ServiceTitan) is a plus.
What We Offer
