Responsibilities
- Identify and research funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Develop compelling grant proposals and ensure timely submissions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess grant eligibility and gather necessary information.
- Maintain compliance with grant requirements, including documentation and reporting.
- Track and evaluate grant-funded programs to assess impact and effectiveness.
- Manage grant-related audits and financial reporting.
- Facilitate coordination for multi-department grant initiatives.
- Maintain centralized records of grant applications, awards, and funding status.
- Present grant activity updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in grant writing, grant administration, or fundraising.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple grant projects with competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal, state, corporate, and foundation funding sources.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
Compensation:
