Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $290,000.00/yr
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Manage budgets and optimize marketing plans for maximum impact.
- Brand Management: Lead brand evolution, ensuring alignment with consumer needs. Develop compelling brand narratives and campaigns across all channels.
- Performance Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, optimizing customer acquisition costs. Leverage data insights to enhance conversion and retention.
- Campaign Development: Oversee seasonal, promotional, and evergreen campaigns. Ensure brand cohesion and effectiveness in all marketing materials.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Implement strategies to increase customer retention and maximize lifetime value through targeted communication and personalized experiences.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a 7-person marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership, agencies, and internal teams to support product launches, drive insights, and ensure compliance.
- Market Trends & Innovation: Stay informed on competitive practices, digital marketing trends, and new technologies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Performance & Reporting: Track key KPIs (CPA, LTV, retention, conversion rates) and ensure efficient marketing spend with insightful reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years in digital marketing, 5+ years managing teams. Strong track record in performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer retention in a DTC subscription business.
- Skills: Expertise in CRM, analytics platforms, budget management, and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration abilities.
