Omni-Channel Marketing Manager
for a year-long contract role to lead the rollout of products and services across distribution and eCommerce channels, while managing the P&L for eCommerce operations. The ideal candidate will drive the optimization of content across partner digital platforms, oversee product and service launches, and enhance adoption through vendor coordination, training, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Product & Service Rollout: Lead the execution of product and service launches across distributor and eCommerce channels, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with partner needs, market trends, and financial objectives. Optimize product content, messaging, and merchandising across partner platforms to enhance visibility and conversion. P&L Management & eCommerce Growth: Own the P&L for eCommerce channels, driving revenue and profitability targets. Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and promotional investments to foster growth. Optimize profit margins by managing product assortment, pricing, and operational costs. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop annual revenue forecasts and budget plans. Project & Vendor Management: Lead cross-functional projects focused on channel expansion, content optimization, and new service rollouts. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage project timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Content & Digital Optimization: Ensure product content (descriptions, images, enhanced content, videos, etc.) is optimized across distributor and eCommerce platforms. Continuously monitor and enhance content performance through A/B testing, SEO best practices, and data-driven insights. Training & Partner Enablement: Conduct training sessions for distributor teams and eCommerce partners on new product programs, positioning, and digital tools. Create and maintain training resources to increase partner knowledge and engagement. Provide key updates on product and service developments to both internal teams and external partners. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze channel performance through platforms like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Connect, and distributor dashboards. Monitor sales, margins, and marketing ROI, refining strategies based on performance data to maximize partner success. Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain GAF's market leadership. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, product rollouts, or distribution marketing, ideally in building materials, home improvement, or CPG industries. Strong project management abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. Proven experience working with distributors, eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), and sales teams. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tracking and reporting performance through digital analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience in training and enabling distributor partners. Ability to manage customer-facing relationships and build strong partnerships with key channel partners. Proven P&L management experience, with a track record of meeting sales and profitability targets. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
