MAIN FUNCTION:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of marketing initiatives related to web platforms (company website, Partner Portal, Email Service Provider, CRM System, SharePoint) for the Creative Marketing team. This includes leading the quarterly advertising strategy, driving marketing communications and campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of impactful marketing materials. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams on product launches, content development, SEO implementation, lead generation, and overall branding efforts, aimed at supporting customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. In addition, the position will support and drive the distribution of marketing materials to our Channels, including Authorized Partners, Resellers, DMRs, Distribution Accounts, and End Users.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years' Marketing experience. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with Adobe Suite (a plus). Copywriting and content creation experience (a plus). Familiarity with CRM systems (a plus). Self-starter with a proactive approach to managing projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Lead the execution of both new and ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product positioning and business objectives for Channels, Partners, Resellers, and End Users. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with the product management team to identify and define the marketing materials, programs, and scope needed to support various product lines and audiences. Advertising Campaigns:

Design and manage advertising strategies, collaborating with external advertising agencies to execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and within established timelines. Budgeting & Planning:

Work alongside the Director of Marketing & Creative to plan and budget quarterly initiatives, ensuring the necessary resources are allocated to support Channel business growth. SEO & Digital Presence:

Drive efforts to increase SEO visibility and enhance the organization's online presence, leveraging analytical data to optimize marketing campaigns. Sales Team Support:

Collaborate with the Sales Team to meet commercial objectives, providing them with the necessary materials, presentations, and tools for successful outreach and engagement. Channel Marketing Oversight:

Oversee channel marketing strategies, offering guidance on initiatives tailored to DMR/Distribution accounts as needed. CRM System Support:

Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the CRM system to support the Sales Team and streamline marketing efforts. Additional Duties:

Perform other marketing-related activities as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs.
